Return Policy

We accept returns of eligible new and unused slippers up to 14 days after delivery. Slippers must be returned in the same condition that you received them, with all contents inside and in the original packaging. Returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and are approved at our sole discretion. Please allow 3-5 business days after return delivery for your return to be processed.

Last Chance items and all Apparel are final sale and not eligible for return.

We offer prepaid return labels at a discounted rate for your convenience, through our Self-Service Returns Portal (domestic only). However, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.

Return shipping costs (including international returns) are the responsibility of the customer. We always recommend a trackable service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If we made a mistake with your order, please contact customer service with your order number and we will issue you a return label.

For domestic returns, please use our Self-Service Returns Portal.
For international returns, please contact customer service directly for instructions.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges. If the item is eligible for return, you are welcome to initiate a return using our Self-Service Returns Portal (domestic) or contacting us directly (international). You can then reorder the desired item. We cannot guarantee that your desired item will remain available while the return is processing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 days of receipt of the returned item, subject to inspection approval.

Unless we made a mistake with your order, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Prepaid label costs will be deducted from your final refund. The original shipping cost is also non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If 5 business days have passed, and you haven’t received a refund yet, first double check your bank account again.
Then, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
