Return Policy (USA)

1. Requests to return or exchange footwear must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once a request has been approved, items must be received within 30 days.

2. Footwear MUST be returned in the same condition that you received them, with all contents inside and with the original clear zipper storage bag. The zipper storage bag should not be used as a shipping bag. We recommend trying on footwear indoors on a clean surface. Items that show clear visible wear from being tested in the gym, or that are otherwise not in new condition (chalk, dirt, excessive hair, etc.) may be denied or issued partial credit. Items without the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

3. Please allow up to 5 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse for your exchange to be processed. You will be notified once the exchange has been created, and again when the order ships. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Notorious Lift will cover the shipping cost of sending the new exchange item back to the customer. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless ShipInsure Package Protection with Unlimited Returns ($2.98) was added to the order. In these cases, the return label can be requested via the ShipInsure Order Confirmation you received when you placed your order.

6. Last Chance Items and all Apparel are final sale and not eligible for return.

7. Domestic orders that receive free shipping (order value over $150) with items that are returned for a refund (in whole, or in part) will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges are exempt.

Please Note: Exchange items are not guaranteed to remain in stock, so please ship the item(s) back to us as soon as possible. If an item goes out of stock and we are unable to send the exchange item, you will be issued a refund and a free shipping code to place a new order.

2. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for our international customers. We can only accept returns for store credit or refund (original item value). For ease of return/exchange, as well as saving on shipping and duties, consider ordering from any of our international distributors if there is one in your country. Return Shipping

Starting on February 15, 2024, we partnered with ShipInsure Package Protection to offer prepaid return shipping labels on all orders with ShipInsure Package Protection ($2.98).

Return shipping labels (for both domestic and international orders) must be requested via the ShipInsure Order Confirmation email within 14 days of delivery. ShipInsure Support Team will provide the return label and assist with returns and selecting exchanges.

Only eligible items (non-final sale) can be returned. Requests to return/exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery.

For customers who opted out of ShipInsure Package Protection with Unlimited Returns ($2.98), the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Returns for refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned package. If more than 10 business days (excludes weekends) have passed and you still haven't received a refund notification from us, please contact us.

Typically, once you receive a refund notification from us, it takes 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund and reflect the change on your bank statement.

If more than 5 business days have passed and the refund still is not reflected on your bank statement, please contact your credit card company and bank.

Undeliverable or Returned to Sender

Packages that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect address/recipient information will be assessed a reshipment fee for us to resend the package to a corrected address. Otherwise, a refund will be issued for the order excluding the original shipping fee paid. You can then place a new order to a corrected address.

International orders that fail delivery due to incorrect address information or failure to clear customs (not due to our error) cannot be refunded, due to significant costs incurred in the return of those failed/rejected deliveries.

If you purchased ShipInsure Package Protection with Unlimited Returns ($2.98), you can request a return or exchange via the ShipInsure Order Confirmation email you received on the date of your purchase. ShipInsure Support will assist with returns and selecting exchanges. Returns must be requested within 14 days of order delivery.

If you opted out of the ShipInsure Package Protection with Unlimited Returns ($2.98), or you are returning an order placed prior to 2/15/24, you can start a return or exchange by contacting us at support@notoriouslift.com.

Start a Return (International)

Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you'd like to exchange, please return the current item and place a new order for the item you want.
